T Bar W Ranch is a top of the line equestrian and longhorn ranch with multiple residences and exceptional recreational facilities with an incredible attention to detail. The ranch is located in Mineola, Texas, in Wood County, approximately 1.5 hours east of Dallas and is 40 minutes north of Tyler.
And it’s the site of an exciting day of world-class polo, fine food and great country music this weekend – presented by Bernie Uechtritz, international real estate advisor with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. (For details and tickets: click here.)
The ranch has three main residences, a small cottage, a showcase garage with second-level guest quarters and extensive equestrian and ranching amenities.
The majority of the improvements are situated on the southern portion of the ranch while the northern portion of the tract operates as a fully functional longhorn cattle operation.
The main residence is approximately 3,800 square feet, with travertine and hardwood floors. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, in addition to a formal dining room, formal living room, kitchen and den, and includes a large front porch with breezeway. This equestrian paradise includes a 6,215-square-foot, 12-stall state-of-the-art horse stable with adjacent two-story ranch office, featuring handcrafted iron works and European architecture with a cobblestone paver floor. Stalls have multi-layer floor of sand, lime and rubber to aid in support and drainage.
Stalls also feature automatic waterers, electricity and ceiling fans. A hayloft provides room for storage and entertaining. Two equine holding pens allow space for medical treatments and grooming.
Adjacent to the ranch office is a two-story building. On the first floor is a tack room with full bath and shower and a fitness center. It also houses the six-car Showcase Garage, highlighted with excellent interior lighting and custom cabinetry. On the second story is the office and a guest quarters with two bedrooms and two baths.

The first level is to have all features typical of high-end residence, including formal dining, grand entry, formal living and flex areas. The second level will have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a lookout over the living area and a media room. The second level will be accessed by a stairwell as well as an elevator.

The Fire Station is 3,100 square feet, and is used as a workshop and occasional storage building. It includes a 4400 square foot covering as well as a 1,674 square foot covered concrete area used to shelter farm equipment and vehicles.
T Bar W Ranch also has a guard building located along CR 3250 road frontage that operates for security purposes of the estate.
The ranch has 3.5 miles of underground irrigation to service the hay fields and a 12-acre polo field. Fences are a combination of vinyl and pipe along all road frontage. The hay barn, equipment shed, polo practice building, paddocks shed, and 506 square foot chicken house are all of excellent quality.
Enjoy fishing on multiple ponds stocked with hybrid bass and well-managed with dams and pump systems. The ranch also has a Boat Dock with lighting and ceiling fans at the pond near the western boundary. Six fence horse paddocks sit east of the polo field for training.
There is plenty of room for riding horses throughout the manicured pastures of the gently rolling upland property with good views from area high points and well-maintained gravel paved ranch roads. The majority of the land area is comprised of improved grasses for livestock grazing and hay production.
