If you consider your child’s education when purchasing a new home – you aren’t alone. More than 75 percent of homebuyers consider education as an important factor in their home search. And 53 percent say they would buy a new home specifically to get their child into a better school. The same survey conducted by Bank of America also reported that more than 25 percent of those polled said they would plan their move around school breaks, making summer an ideal time to find a new home.
