A strong desire to invest in legacy land in North Texas and beyond made 2013 a year of outstanding Ranch and Land sales.

Because of their experience, knowledge and worldwide network, agents at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty were able to assist buyers and sellers in their quest to live the ranch life, many on premier properties throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Recent reports show that in 2013, agents in the Ranch and Land Division took part in the sale or purchase of four of the 10 largest ranches in the region.

In fact, the largest ranch deal in the area was the sale of Arbuckle Ranch in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The 17,600-acre cattle ranch was listed for $22 million by agent Angie Nelson.

Other significant ranch sales include the stunning, Red Oak Ranch in Marietta, Oklahoma, listed by Angie Nelson and Joan Eleazer for $8,500,000.

A-Bar Ranch in Texarkana was listed for $10,000,000 by David Burgher.

And Jim Brosché represented the buyer in the sale of a 1,010-acre ranch in Bosque County.
