When he thinks about the growth potential in the Dallas real estate market, Jonathan Rosen sees a future without limits.
Rosen, an Executive Vice President with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, has been named the firm’s Top Individual Producer for 2013. The Devonshire resident and Park Cities native joined Briggs Freeman in 2007; his business has grown year over year, and this is his first Top Producer award.
“Dallas, and the Metroplex as a whole, is one of the strongest economies in the nation,” Rosen says. “When you look at comparable economies – markets such as New York, California and Chicago – they’re nearing their limit. But we still have the land to expand, and the business climate and quality of life to keep attracting new businesses.”
Rosen, who specializes in Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Bluffview, Briarwood, Greenway Parks, Uptown, Lakewood, East Dallas and Downtown, points to the Trinity Groves development and the proposed Trinity Forest Golf Course in South Dallas as examples of the Dallas market’s potential. He says key neighborhoods will simply blossom in the next few years.
He credits his success in 2013 to one of the hallmarks of an extraordinary Realtor: Knowing his market so well that he could create deals – instead of waiting for buyers and sellers to come to him.
“I was able to put some deals together that weren’t available to all agents,” he says. “That really helped me better serve my clients.”
