This spring’s real estate market is HOT, with listing prices rising by or near double digits across the Dallas region. In its latest heat map analysis of local real estate, Trulia discovered some pretty interesting trends for the spring market in the Dallas region.

Who’s leading the pack?

For the week ending March 5 (the most recent analysis period), here are the most popular neighborhoods according to Internet search:

But look at this – here are the neighborhoods with the highest listing price increases (Trulia calls them the Movers & Shakers, and for good reason!):
