Agents specializing in Fort Worth’s neighborhoods say the Spring Market should be busy. Many homeowners who have been watching the market for the perfect time to sell have decided to list in 2015 – so there should be a range of new properties available in the next month, said John Zimmerman, who represents buyers and sellers across Fort Worth.
Zimmerman just closed out a notable year, posting more than $1 million in sales for 2014.
