The year 2015 will go down as one of the strongest on record for real estate, as pre-owned home sales reached more than 90,000 single-family homes sold by agents in North Texas.

In the Park Cities, just over 500 homes were sold in 2015, with an average price of $1.4 million. Average days on market came in around 66.

The clear leader for sales of Park Cities homes priced $450,000 and above is Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, according to MLS.

Now is a great time to find exceptional value on homes in desirable neighborhoods overflowing with parks, walking trails, ball fields and highly rated schools.

The homes below have been recently reduced in price, making them a great value.
